Tracking is assigned when the order is processed. The approximate handling time for an order is one (1) business day. This does not include weekends or holidays. The order is then expected to be shipped within 2-5 business days. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days after that.

If you are not sure which towel to order, please call us. We love to talk towels!

We want to make sure you order the right products so you do not have any returns.

• If you are not happy with your product, please contact us at sales@RightTowel.com or toll free 855-527-6839 for a Return Authorization Form. 

• RightTowel.com offers returns for most items within thirty (30) days of receipt of shipment. These items must be unwashed, unaltered and unused.

• Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package to avoid confusion with the shipping company and add the Return Authorization Form.

• You pay the return shipping.

• We are not responsible for typos when you enter your order online. 

• Please allow 15 days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise.

• We will refund the price of the merchandise, including any taxes you were charged, excluding all applicable shipping charges, upon receiving the item if it is unaltered and unused. Allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
